—
Fast abrupt, I don’t know
where am I going?
Eyes closed and moving
but never reaching.
Eyes open I want
to shout let out the light.
Keep it, keep it near
there is space for it in here
Soft smooth slow
not knowing where to go
but knowing it’s ok
not to know.
No light bursting out
from the depth of my mouth.
It glows on my skin
and deep, deep within.
There is nothing
to set free let it be.
Breathe into my old friend
there will be space here
for you until the end.
