Mettamorphsis
Mettamorphsis had a Catholic upbringing and education, but found a home in the Dharma after many years of serious illness. In 2010, she felt called to give up having a fixed abode and live life as a modern-day nomad or, as she prefers to call it, lily padding. She is currently a live-in volunteer at a retreat center in Wales, embodying metta meditation in everyday life.
Living Metta is published monthly.
