The renowned Buddhist monastic, author, and respected Dharma teacher Ani Pema Chödrön is scheduled to give a special public Dharma talk on 16 July, which can be attended in-person or via online live-stream. The talk is given in support of Mangala Shri Bhuti, the sangha of her teacher, the esteemed tulku Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, as part of the sangha’s Nyingma Summer Seminar at the Phuntsok Choling retreat and event center near Boulder, Colorado.
“Mangala Shri Bhuti is honored to host a special teaching by Pema Chödrön on 16 July 2025, at Phuntsok Choling . . . during the Nyingma Summer Seminar event,” Mangala Shri Bhuti said in an announcement shared with BDG. “Pema will draw on the Buddhist Mahayana Teachings to determine the topic of her special talk.”
Mangala Shri Bhuti is a non-profit organization led by Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche and affiliated with the Longchen Nyingtik tradition of the Nyingma lineage of Vajrayana Buddhism. Headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, and with centers in Asia, Europe, North America, and South America, Mangala Shri Bhuti provides teaching programs and online courses for the study and practice of the Buddhist path.
