Mettamorphsis
Mettamorphsis had a Catholic upbringing and education, but found a home in the Dharma after many years of serious illness. In 2010, she felt called to give up having a fixed abode and live life as a modern-day nomad or, as she prefers to call it, lily padding. She currently volunteers for WWOOF (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms), embodying metta meditation in everyday farming life.
Living Metta is published monthly.
