Pema Düddul
Pema Düddul (PhD) is an Australian Buddhist teacher, author, and scholar whose work focuses particularly on Dzogchen, Buddhist ethics, and contemplative practice. He was empowered to teach in 2006. He has taught Buddhist philosophy and meditation for more than two decades and has written extensively for both Buddhist practitioners and general audiences. His books include Luminous Awareness: A Guidebook to Awakening in Life and in Death (2022), which features a foreword by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Natural Presence (2024), Dzogchen and Devotion (2025), Dream Yoga (2025), and Your Thoughts Create the World (2026). Pema is also a regular contributor to Tricycle: The Buddhist Review. He has also convened Buddhist educational events and conferences for a number of organisations. His current academic research focuses on Buddhist Studies and religious experience.
