Ngawang Pema has practiced Buddhism for more than 20 years, grounding her interfaith chaplaincy work in the desire to help ease the suffering of living beings. She draws on mindfulness, compassion, and simple contemplative practices to accompany people through times of stress, illness, and transition. With training in autogenic therapy, yoga, and meditation, she offers gentle tools that can support calm and resilience. Above all, she seeks to walk beside others with kindness, openness, and care.
