Jacqueline Kramer

Jacqueline Kramer has been studying and practicing meditation and Buddhism for more than 50 years. Her root teacher is Annagarika Dhamma Dinna, who taught in the Sri Lankan Theravada tradition, and Jacqueline has also practiced Zen in the Rinzai tradition. Jacqueline is author of Buddha Mom-the Path of Mindful Mothering, 12 Spiritual Practices for Busy Parents, and Awakening at Home. She received the Outstanding Women in Buddhism award in 2008 and is director of Awakening at Home.
