(一)指成佛。又作佛位、佛果位、佛果菩提。佛為萬行之所成，故稱佛果，即能成之萬行為因，而所成之萬德為果。亦即從修行之因到達佛果之位，又指從聲聞、菩薩之位至無上正等正覺之位。證得佛果之因，稱為佛因，即指一切萬行之善根、功德。〔佛母出生三法藏般若經卷十五、正法眼藏諸惡莫作〕
(二)（1063～1135）宋代僧。四川崇寧人，俗姓駱。參謁五祖山法演禪師而受其印證。宋徽宗敕賜「佛果禪師」之號。（參閱「克勤」2785）
